Caramel Passion - A perfect blend of caramel mousse and fudge lie between three layers of delectable chocolate cake, then iced with silky caramel buttercream & enrobed in our own chocolate ganache. Indulge your passion for caramel with this truly special creation.

These delectable desserts taste as wonderful as they look. We start with the finest ingredients available to create fresh
layers of moist cake and loads of luscious fillings. Then we surround it all with silky smooth whipped cream, or a flavorful buttercream variation, and decorate it with elegant simplicity. Available in 8” round (serves 10) or 10” round (serves 12).
Larger sheet cake versions are also available, serving between 15 - 72, and can be completely decorated for any occasion.

Originating over 50 years ago these all time favorites serve 10-12. Good things last forever!

Chocolate Cream Cake - A triple layer of our fluffy chocolate chiffon cake is filled with whipped cream and sweet custard, then covered with a rich fudge topping.

Strawberry Cream Cake - Fresh strawberries and whipped cream lie between three layers of heavenly vanilla chiffon cake, topped with scrumptious strawberry whipped cream.

A smaller size torte with BIG appeal, these delightful 6" tortes serve 4 and feature ALL NEW flavor combinations.

Peanut Butter Parfait - Chocolate cake is loaded with fluffy smooth peanut butter filling, then iced with chocolate buttercream and rich chocolate truffle.

Snickers Delight - Moist chocolate cake is filled with generous layers of rich caramel and Snickers candy mousse. Iced in our chocolate buttercream & garnished with fudge, caramel & fresh crunchy peanuts.

Holy Cannoli Torte - This moist vanilla cake is combined with our own Cannoli filling made with sweet ricotta cheese & tons of chocolate chips topped with buttercream icing...Yumma Mia!

Mini Pies - These fresh & fruity 4" treats are individually packaged in convenient snap tight containers. They are perfect for lunch or a quick snack. Filled with delicious apple, blueberry, or cherry & topped with sweet butter streusel, there's no need to slice. Now that's nice.

Boston Cream Pie - The pie that's really a cake. Featuring loads of smooth custard between two layers of moist yellow cake, topped with heaps of rich chocolate fudge. A taste sensation that's perfect for any occasion.

Suzy-Q Cake - It's our jumbo version of the classic treat. Two layers of rich chocolate sponge cake, tasty white cream filling, and a surprise hint of sweet custard are all topped off with smooth fudge & swirls of white icing.

Raspberry Cordial - Delicate and delicious, these three layers of moist vanilla cake are filled with fresh raspberries and creamy vanilla mousse, all surrounded by luscious raspberry buttercream and white chocolate ganache. A raspberry connoisseur's delight.

Carrot Cake - Delectably moist carrot cake is surrounded by tasty cream cheese icing with toasted pecans & flaky coconut.

Chocolate Truffle - Tasty chocolate cake is filled with fudge & covered with creamy chocolate icing
and rich truffle. It's trufflicious!

German Chocolate - Chocolate cake is filled with fudge and whipped cream, then covered with a layer of rich caramel, chewy coconut and crunchy nuts.

Love 'Um - Moist white cake is covered with smooth custard, our famous homemade caramel & fresh whipped cream...You’ll love it.

Raspberry Snowball - Lucious raspberry filling, white chocolate mousse, and vanilla cake are all surrounded by fluffy whipped cream.

Turtle Torte - A customer favorite, this chocolate fudge cake is topped with rich caramel, toasted pecans & whipped cream. Once you try this, you'll "hurry" back for another!

Pizza Brownie - This giant 12" round chocolate brownie contains no nuts, but is packed with plenty of other goodies, like chunks of white chocolate, crunchy toffee, M&Ms, and chocolate chips. We skipped the cheese but drizzled on delicious chocolate truffle for a funtastic pizza treat.
