I'm the grandson of Dennis & Lois Manderfield and son of Paul Manderfield who runs the Appleton East bakery. I'm not very good at cooking or baking, all I can really do with food is eat it. The bakery is a big part of my life and I help part-time with the website, updating the blog, and taking pictures.

I didn’t see if there was any contact information or somewhere I could say a little something so I hope you don’t mind me putting this on here!
I was wondering if you had something like a portfolio? So I could look at the cakes, pastries, and tortes you design! I’m going to school to become a pastry chef and I love looking at what other people can do.. Daydreaming if only I could do that someday. But thank you for your time in reading this! Everything that I’ve seen already seems amazing. Also all of the reviews I’ve read make your place sound outstanding.

We will be having a very full portfolio of custom cakes and things soon, in the mean time we will be updating over the weekend with some of our holiday specialties!

Also, do you have price lists, for example: what size and how much are those beautiful looking fruit cakes?

We do offer un-decorated holiday cut outs along with icing and sprinkles. Price lists are available in the store, they change too often for us to put all of them on the website, but give us a call and we can provide the most up to date pricing on anything you can imagine!

They do have undecorated cut out cookies and they are de-lish. My wife just picked up 2 dozen last night.

Glad you stop by the new store! We found that location was convenient for people on the west side of appleton as well as the greenville area!
