Can you believe its almost Fat Tuesday already? 

The Traditional King Cake is the perfect way to celebrate and kick off the Lenten Season. Ours is a danish sweet dough and decorated with purples, greens and golds. These are available by pre-ordering, and will be ready on Tuesday, Feb. 21.  0

Also, our Paczkis, (pronounced Punch-Keys) both old fashion flat and raspberry filled will be in the stores on Tuesday and are only available until Easter!

Go Pack Go!

The Packers are having a record-breaking year, and we are (for the most part) all Packer fans.  We celebrate each game with decorated treats, cakes, and desserts, and hope you will enjoy the unique things we have in our stores.

Last year was a fantastic year, thinking about Super Bowl XLV and the last few home games which got us into the playoffs still gives me the chills.  We hope you, your family, friends, and co-workers, are as excited about the road to the Super Bowl this year as we are!

Most of these items are available in all of our bakeries, for specifics or to order something you don’t think we will have, please don’t hesitate to give us a call.

A bit more holiday spirit

With Christmas only a few days away, be sure to place your orders over the phone or in the store for a Saturday pick-up, as we are not open on Sunday.  Placing an order, even for donuts, danish, or bread and buns, secures the bakery that you want, so when you come in to pick it up it is already set aside for you!

As we do every year, we have plenty of decorated cookies, ginger bread, and other specialty items, available in our stores or for phone orders.

Tomorrow we will be giving a history of a few traditional holiday season bakery items!

A little Holiday preview

With the Holiday Season upon us, our stores are filling up with seasonal treats.  Starting with cookies, we offer them pre-decorated, as un-iced cutouts with sprinkles and icing on the side for you to decorate with your family, and also you can find the dough in our store freezers to bake and decorate your own.

We also have gingerbread houses and a variety of gingerbread men and women.  You can find assorted prepackaged holiday speciality cookies throughout the store.

For desserts there are a variety of cakes, pudding cakes, assorted trays, tortes, and stollen.  Remember, we can also custom decorate any flavor of cake if you call ahead of time (by at least two business days to be safe!), a great addition to your holiday dinners.
